  • Strategic Communication
    • Strategic Communication extends beyond day-to-day information sharing. It emanates from a master plan tied to specific organizational goals. Every message should have a purpose and an intent, and should be well-crafted to achieve the desired response. Metajourn works with clients to identify constituents, anticipate their unique needs, determine how the organization can best engage each key stakeholder, craft messages that matter, and identify the right systems and structures through which to communicate those key messages.
  • Change Communication
    • Change Communication is the disciplined approach to informing, involving and engaging a group of people around a specific organizational change. These communications should describe the goals and desired outcomes, why the change is important, how the change fits within the organization’s culture and values, and what the change will mean to each individual within the target group(s). Metajourn helps to ensure that communications associated with a change initiative support each stage of the change management process, generate interest and buy-in among constituents, and promote long-term sustainability. Crisis Communication involves the processes and guidelines that should be followed to address the issue and minimize the impact of the event. Metajourn works with clients to anticipate potentially catastrophic situations that threaten to harm people or property or otherwise interrupt business activities. We help clients form Crisis Communication Teams, identify and prioritize potential disruptions, identify events that may be avoidable and implement appropriate prevention strategies, assess a crisis situation, develop scenarios and response plans, develop public relations strategies, prepare spokespeople to communicate effectively during a crisis, and develop processes for post-crisis analysis.
