Over the years, though, we’ve developed a portfolio of processes, tools and methodologies that enable us to quickly diagnose their issues, and engage their teams in implementable solutions that achieve results.

Our History:
Our story began over 80 years ago. Through a chance encounter, and subsequent conversations, we realized that our grandmothers and mothers had lived and worked in the same area our entire lives, and their mothers were close friends. Our families share a rich history in the cigar industry, and our ancestors were entrepreneurs and business people who contributed to the heritage of their community.
We realized that we have similar backgrounds and share the values of trust, integrity, courage, excellence, and innovation – values that were handed down through the generations. We also share the desire to make a difference in people’s lives and in the work we do, and to contribute to the healthy growth of businesses globally.
